Description

Antique Rare Version of a German Stationary model steam engine toy by Märklin1909. Photos include the same steam engine from Wikipedia for comparison. I examined this unit for prior paint or other decoration. The base seems like it was hand painted black and this unit's boiler seems like it is brass. This toy doesn't seem to have ever had a red painted base like the Wiki version or a black boiler. This toy lost its front glass tube for water. It does have its burner. What else it needs I can't tell, but it seems mostly complete from the comparison photos.
